The following privacy policy of the Internet shop www.bicepsshop.nl is applicable to its consumers and defines the kind, range and ways of using data, rights and obligations of consumer purchasers and data safety. No acceptance of this privacy policy by the consumer purchaser automatically means lack of possibility of using the Internet shop’s services including making online orders.

2. The Administrator of consumer purchasers’ data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law passed on 29^th August 1997 (Journal of Laws from 2002, nr 101, entry 926 including all later changes) is the Contractor- Bicepsshop.nl/com.
3. Out of concern for the safety of the collected personal information, we have worked out internal procedures, regulations and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We fully control their execution and constantly monitor their compliance with legal acts, private data protection law, electronic services act and all other current EU statutory and executor acts.
4. Personal information is governed in accordance with the Consumer’s agreement and those applicable laws which entitle the Administrator to process personal information in accordance with the laws to realize the contract made between the parties.
5. The main condition of making an online order is, among others, giving personal information by the consumer purchaser.
6. Consumers are disclosing their data voluntarily but lack of some information may result in no contact with the consumer in case of necessity to fix details of the order and making buying/selling contract or service agreement impossible.
7. The Service collect information voluntarily given by consumer purchasers.

9. The Seller collects consumer’s data in order to conclude an agreement and to execute it.
