Pro Casein is a wholesome protein ideal before bedtime, long-absorbed. It contains a probiotic complex and digestive enzymes that will help digestion and keep our intestines healthy!

Whey proteins are quickly absorbed, i.e. they reach the muscles quickly, while casein protein behaves a little differently in this regard, because it slowly breaks down in the digestive system.
